Collaborative Description and Activities to Strengthen Effectiveness:
Family Connection Camden (FCC) and community partners will work together to provide education, awareness and provide activities, programs, and services to promote healthy lifestyles and ensure school success with young adults to improve family wellbeing. To strengthen the effectiveness of the Collaborative, we will participate in several GAFCP provided trainings, continue to communicate the purpose and work of the collaborative throughout the community, and continue to implement a community needs assessment to support future decision-making.
